Just figured out how to swing left after many years of playing golf. I was hitting it great on the range but...Most of my shots were straight (no fade) and about 10-20 yards left of target. Any help on what would be the likely cause would be greatly appreciated.

If you're trying to hit a straight ball, you're either aiming too far left or swinging too far left. If you're trying to hit a 5-10 yard fade, the clubface is too closed.

Makes sense. Would more up the wall or rotating the face open in the backswing cure it? I tend to take the club back a little closed.
