What is release point, and are there ("generally speaking") different release points for different types of golfers (swingers vs hitters), (strong grip types vs neutral grip types)?

Finally, is there a way to find YOUR best release point and are there drills to practice it?

in tgm it doesnt realy talk about release points from what i have seen doyle talks about putting the hole club on the ball basically releasing by shooting your pivot when your hands are at the ball mac ogrady though teaches three different release points to go with different trajectories high medium and low low being hands releasing at about zipper and others about two inches apart from there

TGM has an entire chapter and a few other sections devoted to release point. It is simply where you begin to lengthen the angles of the swing. Release points are more relative to speed of swing then to swingers/hitters. For instance, faster hands generally release earlier to have time to get to the ball, slower hands generally release later.
