Release Video - Problem Viewing

I purchased the release video and watched it once. Is that all I get to watch it? When I go into the shop under my view purchased items I can't get the video to play again. I purchased the video and first viewed it at work. I'm trying to view the video at home. Works on my iphone for some reason. No ability to play it whatsoever with my laptopr or desktop at home.

Have you tried following the link in the Order Complete email that you should have got on purchase? I think, when I purchased a previous video, the email link was working when I couldn't access the video through the shop.
