Releasing the Club

If you run the quicktime of the Face on View in frame 25 you will see Michelle Wie releasing the club fairly early in the down swing.
What do others think of this action??
Nicklaus advocated releasing from the top on his "Golf My Way" video.

Could be but how do you explain a 14 yr old girl hitting it further than the LPGA pros with poor technique?????

She is a big 14 yr old 6 ft at least. I think that helps.

Why is early release considered wrong, if Nicklaus and his 18 majors did it? it's one of the variations listed in TGM.
