Retaining Hip Turn in the Counterfall

Should the hips always square during the counterfall or are some people better off maintaining some hip turn during the fall? What effect on the swing does retaining some of that turn have and who would be better off doing that?

Hogan has a good bit of this. One of the things that looks unique about his swing. Just going from memory but I think Moe Norman may too for that matter...

Not sure if it is something to shoot for but it couldn't hurt to try.

I wonder if it can allow you to get your hands down in front of your right hip in the downswing. (so it is not in the way)
