Right Hand on Down Swing

It appears some players (Couples) actually has his right palm facing the sky when the right elbow tucks into the side on the down swing.
Therefore it appears that his right hand is actualy underneath the club shaft.

This is a PRODUCT (EFFECT) of his grip.
