How important is this?

Seems some pros keep it down longer for irons shots...

But then you look at Kenny Perry.....it's down till past Follow-Through....

You should get the sensation that the right foot is pulled off the ground vs lifting your right foot off the ground.

Good ballstrikers definitely have the right foot down for a long time; not unusual to see the foot down just past impact.

The IMPORTANT thing is...

P R E S S U R E on the right foot at impact.

The Ball doesn't know what PART of the foot is down.

But, basically, it helps you RESIST the decel of impact.
