Right shoulder off plane

When I start my downswing I feel like I get my lower body moving first but I'm having a tough time keeping my upper body back and right shoulder moving down plane. I do try to tilt on the down swing but for some reason I keep throwing my right shoulder around leading to a slice or push. Can anyone recommend any drills to help in my correction of this swing flaw?

Try to make your hips FEEL LIKE they slide toward RIGHT FIELD . . . while keeping your right ear hole back.
