Right wrist?

Still new to this, but is the right wrist supposed to be fixed? No bending or anything? Doesn't this go against the "twist away"? Thanks

The right wrist should bend from classic address, and stay bent from impact-like address, but the twist away is a LEFT ARM motion.

Brian - I thought bending the right wrist back WAS the twistaway. Can you elaborate further please about the left arm motion.

I'm with you Ripper.

I have only read the 'twist-away' but it seems to me that the left wrist twists into a flat or slightly arched position at top. The right wrsit can not do anything but bend. It cannot twist out of its 90 degree strut-like position. It is a left hand only motion.

For full benefit, you must combine twistaway with extensor action and use that to 'lock the wedge', the flat left wrist and extensor action balance each other nicely given a good grip

I've been working with the twistaway and for some reason have gotten very flat in the backswing. Anybody else have this problem?
