Serious short game problems (WITH AUDIO)

I played yesterday and I cannot get up and down from anywhere. I admit I don't practice with work and all, but I am devoting an hour a day starting next week after work at the course on my chipping and pitching. I suffer the usual hacker problems. I skull or hit everything fat. I have ZERO confidence in my chipping.

What is a good practice routine for me to get back to being solid at up and down?

In layman's terms please. :)

Very nice Brian, learning to build, and trust, the swinging force well described. I'm curious at what point you would begin having people learn a more downward impact vs a 'brush' that you describe? The feel in the hands of the pressure points supporting impact.

Excellent addition to the site
