Just curious if anyone knows exactly what setting up different distances from the ball does to the swing.
I was on some uneven ground the other day where i had to stand a little further from the ball than usual . The result was that i hit a draw with my 8iron which i never do.
Is the normal setup just preference or is there some guidelines a golfer should follow depending on his build?
