Hi, it is the beginning of the season where I live. I want some advice on my setup. It is the subject of many articles. If Brian has one I have not seen it. Ie: weight on the balls of the feet, bend so many degrees forward, reverse k or don't reverse k, weight even on both feet feet or not, arms hanging from the shoulder sockets, etc. I want a good setup in general but I like the NSA pattern the best.
