What is your POV on this?

i.e.

Who throughout history has done this? (or close) I have found some sequences but camera angles and missing frames make it hard to pin down.

I mean....even the pic above....I don't know if the camera angle is on or not. His stance could be closed (this would be my guess) or the camera could be looking left of the target.

Did you mean right arm? He is on the elbow plane in this pic and several great players have done this.
If you meant left arm...then I am lost. Please ex-plane.

Only way to get there is through the eblow plane.

Advantage that i like about it (that brian has told me about) is that you can get the clubshaft to be on lane with the right forearm much earlier in the downswing than using the turned shoulder plane.

All double shift swings. I can't see how you can really line up the right forearm with the shaft in a single shift swing.

You are right John Hue!

You can do it very late on the downswing with other planes though.
