Shaft Spining

makes sense, and especially for woods I would definitely do it. With steel shafts, not sure it makes a lot of difference.

Finding the Spine

Every set I make is assembled with respect to the spine. Unless the customer does not want it. I also offer to show each customer the FLO in each of his new clubs.

The truth? Well.... it works for those golfers who have a very hight sense of feel and are usually have a low handicap. Does it hurt? Absolutely not! It just takes a few seconds to do it. And it goes along with my over all plan of producing the absolute best club I can produce, even if the golfer doesn't know it, I will know it.

If you are serious about golfing, get your clubs only from a clubmaker. It's like a good auto mechanic, find one you can trust. These clubs will not be more expensive than O.E.M. clubs and will fit you, unlike the clubs from e-bay or the big box stores.

Don't trust me. Do you own research. Get a copy of either Wishon's "Search for the Perfect Club" or his little book "Twelve myths about Golf Clubs". This man has either influnced the design and manufacturing of your favorite club or has had actual hand in it's design.

Ooops! Sorry guys. I guess I should get off of my soap box.
