Sup guys

The best club in my bag is my 3wood. I hit it right at 220 and love the shaft and the way it feels..

It is a Taylor Made Burner Super Steel club

The shaft itself says R-80 Super Steel Rifle Precision on it.

So is this shaft one that you could get with a set of irons if you chose to? Or is it a shaft made for woods?

Also is this a senior shaft? Friend told me that its a club for slower swing speed.

IMO,
The flex can help you find the clubhead during your swing which is a BIG deal so if the thing is too stiff for you, you may never know where and when to make the clubhead do what you want it to in your swing.
Generally speaking most golfers would be better off using more flexible and higher torque golf shafts
Over acceleration is way to easy with golf shafts that are too stiff and don't have enough torque.
Sounds like you found a good fit with the 3WD, you can find a similar shaft for your irons, maybe some of the club guys on here can point you in a specific direction.
One companies so called sr flex is another's reg flex.

Ya i have no clue about which shafts are for which swing speed as well..
Prob need to go get custom fitted

A quick internet search shows that your club is circa 1999 - 2001 with a regular
flex steel shaft made by Rifle.

Fitting would be a good decision versus trying to build a set around that club.
