Slowing the hips

Brian...

What do you think about "slowing the hips down?"

Something anyone would want to try?

I know ppl sometimes talk about over-acceleration....is this it?

...

Or is it usually another problem that's a bigger "wobbly point."

...

What comes to my mind is: learn to sustain more lag and then you won't have to worry about it.

Yes, no?

Brian may hurt me but i seem to recall that he has never ever told anyone (maybe 1%) to slow down their hips.

Buch of voodoo imo, let em spin!

obviously not brian...i think one's hips naturally slow down as you reach the end of your pivot, otw we'd all still be spinning...but i don't think it's something you want to "try" and do....
