I have watched his videos over and over again...

frame by frame...copied his movement. Afterwards I went on the driving range and tried it out, I hit the ball pretty good on the very first shot and it was very consistent. Then i move on from 7 all the way up to 3 wood, still very consistent. I have never clear my left side as hard as i can as today and still hit very good shot. Feels good man. It does seem like he rotates his left forearm abit on the take away, don't know if that's a good thing tho.

He tends to have a very "one plane-ish" type backswing however he seems to go more up the turned shoulder plane after impact rather than contining on the elbow plane from the vids i've seen of him

Jim, in a lot of the videos I've seen of him (a couple years old, mind you) he stays on the elbow plane very well post impact.

I think a hugely important thing to watch is his pre-swing waggle. Little half backswing swing.

Well the videos i've seen of him on youtube lately has him going not quite up the elbow plane and not quite up the turned shoulder plane either...kinda somewhere in between which maybe in those instances he was hitting a draw

YOU GUYS MAKE GOLF SOUND SO DIFFICULT.

Jen, you may not completely understand it, because of how in depth they get on here, but what you do understand, and are able to incorporate into your own swing, is going to usual help you.
Personally, I learn NOTHING from reading. I am as visual as it gets, put on top of that, that im left handed... all of this "left forearm rotating on the back swing" stuff, confuses the hell out of me... Its sad, I know, But if Brian decided one day that he was going to type out everything he knows, and post it on here... It wouldn't do me a lick of good. However if I was able to sit and conversate with him, and have him show me a few things visually, I would be able to come away KNOWING what I just learned, rather than trying to FIGURE out what i just read....

all the science mumbo jumbo that some of these guys talk about, be it important to finding out how and why certain things work and react in a golf swing, is great for the sport and the forum. I believe whole heartedly in the end, its really the natural ability to be able to swing a golf club, that separates the pros from the amateurs. If Boo Weekly can hit good quality golf shots, anyone with half a brain can. however its his natural ability that sets him apart, not his brains.

so don't get discouraged, I'm still posting on here, even though most of the time, I just simply cant put what Im reading on the screen, into a form for me to understand. I still come away with more knowledge than if I hadn't of found this site.

that swing..worked for me, but I didn't like it...so i switched back to what it feels natural to me. I want to play golf with a swing that I'm comfortable with.

I can do pretty good impressions of other players swings...

Truth is though everyone has their own swing, you just have to find it and trust it...

Took me 16 years to work that out (I'm only 32 btw :) )
