Staying Behind & Weight Shift

I have a problem with my weight shift and tend to get in front of the ball on the downswing which leads to shanks and slices. I have tried staying behind the ball but my weight then stays on my back foot. How can i solve this? Any tips or drills?

Go buy a frisbee. Learn to throw it left handed. You'll be fixed.

In the meantime, UNWIND!!!

Try to see how much belly you can POINT at the target at impact.
