Staying level during back swing

I am having a hard time staying level on my backsiwng. My head and body go towards the ball causing me to come over the top on my downsing b/c there is no room for an inside out swing. I have been told it is not a reverse pivot, but I need to keep my head and body level during the swing Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

focus on setting up with a VERY straight back. Feel your lower back muscles tense up while you setup. Then maintain this tense feeling and straight lower back as you make your backswing.

You shoulder turn is too steep.

Try making backswings FEELING LIKE you right shoulder never gets any high than it was at address.

New Research shows that you can get your back too straight. Whatever you do, don't stick your butt up in the air, and don't hold your head or chin up.

At address right?

And for everyone Brian? I dunno about holding the chin up but I do know I hit it better last year when I stuck my butt out.

For years, various teachers would tell me to get my back straighter and to position my chin higher, I ignored their advice, they got pissed, and I went on to other teachers.
Finally, I was so comfortable with my swing which was smooth and my ball flight and scoring, that I abandoned teachers and went on to compete at a good level in local and national tournies.
Moral of the story: listen to Brian and do what feels right for you. The results are the only thing that matters.
