For free ????

brianman, I have isolated 47 major errors in physics, geometry, anatomy, physiology, learning theory, grammar .... with many more minor gaffes. But why should I make it public and gore somebody's bread and butter. I am only ringing the alarm bells that all is not kosher in TGM, and it should be re-evaluated in the light of current science .... otherwise TGM becomes a stagnant golfswing fossil that slowly looses credibility as science marches past Homer's intuitive scientific fantasies that make TGM unbelievable.

I really think you TGM AIs should publish a new TGM book called:

PRACTICAL TGM

Peter,

As I have repeatedly said; a good teacher can take information and apply that information in a pratical way.

In golf that means a good teacher should be able to play a fair game so: What's your handicap? Post your swing and illustrate where these mere mortals are wrong.

I think you Single-axis guys should write a book called:

Nobody really has a Single-Axis swing

I agree, because a golfswing is composed of multiple axes of rotation creating a series of curvilinear paths. Attempting to define a Single Axis is too simplistic, and to equate it to Homer's hydraulic machine terminology is laughable to someone versed in the basic engineering application.

Golfers are so dumbed-down when it comes to using science to simplify the golfswing.

The only thing you have repeatedly said is calling me "peter". Please help me and tell me why you call me "peter" when I post as "horton". Once you get that straightened in you mind, you may make sense.

Who said that I was a teacher of the golfswing, I didn't? In fact I have stated I am not a teacher, like brianman, who has vast experience in the practical aspects of teaching. He may be a bit short on the science, but he probably knows all he needs to know about TGM to make a living helping hackers.

I am only a knowledgeable theoretician of the golfswing, like Homer Kelley, and with modern equipment and techniques, I feel confident that my golfswing is a hellava lot better than Homer's .... who you believe unquestionably even though you do not produce HIS golfswing as I have repeatedly requested.

I bet that Homer could not have even followed his own advice in TGM .... too complicated for an old man.

Horton,

See, you pull this switch and bait routine that labels you a fraud.

I don't recall you asking me to produce Homer's swing. Possibly I didn't read your complete earlier reply. Mind responding with your previous quote.

You can spout all the theory you want but a golf swing is powered by flesh, bones, and directed by the mind. All the theory doesn't really do that well unless you can translate the theory into pratice. That said; Post your USGA index or post your swing.

Other than what I requested just don't reply anymore to my statements. I am NOT going to get pulled into your boring and oft-times completely stupid rhetoric.

Good day. And as swing6 once said. Just do what you have to do to get through the day.
