Sweep Loading

Hi,
If i sweep load the power package my left wrist should cock pretty much at the start of my move away/take away. If this is the case does the right arm/elbow still control this cocking of the left wrist or is it cocked independantly of the right arm/elbow.

No, the left wrist will not cock at the start of your takeaway. What happens with "sweep" loading is that you bend the right wrist back and flatten the left wrist simultanesusly and then immediately begin to bend the right arm.

Those 2 combined starts to cock the left wrist sooner. Just remember that no matter how you load, the bending of the right arm is what cocks the left wrist.
