Swing Fast Swing hard?

To all you pro's out there.
When I swing to fast the ball goes soaring to the left at about 20 feet off the ground.
I will post a clip of my actions.
When I bring my arms back to shoulder height it seems that I hit the ball better.
My question is why does the ball pull left when I try to swing harder or faster?

Because you can "keep up with it" better with the shorter swing.
