Swing of a lifetime

Well, guess my swing isn't just that, but having looked around here for some time know sucking up everything relevant, I've developed the following swing:

Gotta say that my work on my swing this winter mainly has been on my pivot, grip and hinge action. Pivot-wise, I try to strive for a flat shoulderturn going back to get my right shoulder in the proper position to go downplane on the downswing. Added to that, I try my best to keep from losing the tilt on the backswing and try adding more on the downswing. Succesfully so, I think.

Grip-wise, I've gone from a horrible week grip to a strong grip to get more juice/leverage on the whole swing.

As for the hinge action, I have basically have gone from being what I believe is a vertical hinger to a more angled hinge kinda guy.

Due to the fact that my motion is relatively new and I haven't been able to play because of shitty weather this winter, I really can't tell what my misses are.

But any clues to what they would be with this swing and any additional tips/things for me to work on my swing is much appreciated. And most importantly how and why you would recommend me work on something new.

Oh, and btw, what irons would you recommend for a guy with my kind of swing, like what shaft flex etc...? I'm currently using Cleveland TA5 Gunmetal with regular flex.

Thanks
