Swing problem

I am hitting the ball great for someone that picks the clubs up once a month to play, but I noticed this week that from the top I get a lean to the left with my upper body instead of working down with the right shoulder, thus my axis tilt is wayyyy off. On the last swing of the day I concentrated just on keeping my head still and it felt better.

I want to get that frisbee feel in my swing but subcontiously I think my mind is struggling with being able to hit down on the ball with my head staying back. I get the feeling of hitting up. I think I am going to run out of shaft staying behind the ball in other words. Flipping for so long it's hard to ingrane in my mind that my hands can still be ahead at impact with my head staying back. Hope this makes sense.

any ideas?

Great question...I am pretty new to TGM (around 6 months) and I have often gotten the same feeling, where axis tilt makes me feel I am hitting up, leading me to "flip" my hands down. I can't wait for the responses.

To make what Brian said much easier, on the BS make sure your tailbone moves closer to the target than it was at address.
