Kuchar is really funky now - but he is getting good results. Casey is really steep again with good results.

Kevin:

Is that from Tiger rotating his left arm flying wedge to get his club to match up with Haney's lines or is there something else going on?

I cannot believe how open Tiger's face is

That's what I was thinking too. You should've seen the ugly pull-slice ugliness he hit on 4 Saturday. Yeesh.

You know its a bad thing when Tiger's hitting a 5-wood and Tom Watson is hitting a hybrid on the same par-3...

Kevin-

From reading all the stuff on the tumble and getting underplane. It sure looks like Tiger is fighting really hard now to get the tumble. Is face looks really open at that last parallel you talk about. He's either going to underplane block it or rip the hands through and pull it correct?

Whereas in the Sergio tumble clip you can see the face looking at the ball sooner and less chance of a two way miss correct?

Yes but also his left hand grip is massively weak. Wrist is flat and face is more open than that.

What's Sean O'Hair doing? He seems as lost as Tiger, only without the heart or short game...

Watching Sean on the range, he is swinging too far right, period. He's struggling to hit anything but a draw right now, lest he aim up way left. His teacher, Sean Foley, has worked to get his swing flatter and he seems to struggle tumbling the club enough and getting it to work left enough through impact.

What's interesting is that Foley works with Hunter Mahan, who swings left really well. Mahan was impressive on the range and the course. Wasn't surprised that he played well on the weekend.
