So what's the secret to all this? How does one still give it a pretty good go while not having a lot of FATS and still give a good Toss into the ball?
Just to clarify: FATS = force across the shaft
There's a difference between maintaining FATS to not flip and applying FATS for speed.

What I've been doing recently is the FEEL of trying to get the club to the ball before my hands. The FEEL is almost like a little bit of a casting motion with a little over the top thrown in there.
