Tee's on par three's?

How high do you guys tee the ball on par three's? Does it change with the iron you're playing or the type of shot you're playing?

Basically the same for each club, just barely above the ground. As though it was a perfect fairway lie. People that tee the 3 iron high, for instance, tend to flip through impact, and/or hit it on the top of the clubface. I don't think there is a good reason to tee it 1 inch or more above ground and have to make adjustments from a normal fairway shot.

if I am in between clubs, say 150 instead of trying to kill a nine iron I can just take an 8, tee it up a little more, about a half inch which will enable me tol hit it a little higher on the club face and not compress it into the ground as much and therefore it will be a half club or so shorter then normal

I usually tee up a long iron slightly higher but nothing ridiculous.
