stretching out the tendons, face a wall and put your hand on it with the fingers facing up so the palm touches, then turn away keeping your arm there. Then turn your hand 90 degrees either way and stretch it out.

I did this when my elbow started to hurt and it went away pretty soon.

I had real bad tennis elbow last year. Struggled with it for a couple of months. I then did some web research and found that by strengthening my forearms, doing light wrist curls and reverse wrist curls every day, the pain went within a week. Might be worth a try.

I suffered from near-career ending tendonitis in the "tennis" tendon and two others.

I tried absolutely everything. Here's what helped:
1. Massage 2. stretching 3. strength training 4. diet change, including giving up alcohol for 12 months.

For no. 1, call several massage studios and find out who hassports therapy experience

Anyone switch to graphite in their irons to help alleviate it? What did you go with for shafts?
