Terminology Question for Brian, Kevin, Jim, Damon etc.

I have been scouring the archives for some help with underplane/sequencing and have run across some phrases I would like some clarification on:

‘on your left foot so quickly’
‘your hips start running away from you’
'your hips start taking off down the fairway'
‘opening your hips before you have filled up the gap’

Do these 3 things pretty much mean the same thing?
I have counterfall and I am on my left foot quickly, what gives?
