Assume that money and travel distance are not issues. If given a choice, which person would you choose to spend three days with working on your game: Lynn Blake, Ben Doyle, Mac O'Grady, Brian Manzella, Ron Gring, Rob Noel, or Chuck Evans?

These people seem to be the most prominent teachers of TGM and I was just wondering if people have any opinions.

For an in-depth knowledge of TGM, no one can match holen1 aka Yoda aka Lynn, and you will go through one of the two basic curriculums suggested by HK.

Brian will have you compressing the ball by creating a pattern which suits your tendencies.

With Ben, you will spend three days trying, and almost certainly failing, to hit his tire without the clubhead bouncing back - even Steve Elkington couldn't do it.

My suggestion is... Ben, because you will learn more by failing.

By the way, you can't afford Mac, which doesn't matter, since he probably wouldn't accept you anyway.

I have had lessons from both Lynn and Brian and both are gifted and knowledgeable instructors. Brian, has a great way of simplifying things and using metaphors that get his point across. You might get a 'feel' for these two instructors think is important and how they convey their ideas by visiting their sites as often as you can reading lots of posts.

I don't think you can lose with either guy.
