I just stumbled on some of the youtube videos that Brian Manzella made and at first thought what could this goofy instructor really teach me. Anyway the next day I decided to just check out some more of the youtube videos and started to realize that Brian was really sharing a lot of knowlege on TGM technique. I have the book but never really understood it so there it sits on my shelf.
There was this exercise or drill Brian described for the flat left wrist and wow that in combination with the throwing the ball down at the ground really turned my golf swing into a pinpoint iron player. Ok, I won't really know if that is true untill I have a few more weeks with this but I have never had so much control over the ball before using these simple techniques. It feels good to take a divot after the ball. That has always been a mystery to me. The only time I would take a divot is when I hit it fat. And that will scare a golfer away from really hitting down on the ball.
Just thought you might like to know that I really appreciate the free advise and just decided to purchase one of your DVD's (the movie). You definitely have a gift for teaching.
