What does it mean to have a good eye?

Do you know what to look for? Why?

Etc. etc. etc.

What is it? How can you sharpen this? (carrots, and....?)

I am talking about instructors mostly.

How do you communicate it to that student...dialogue, video, drills
Do they have a tournament in two days??
Are they physically capable of making a change or do they need an elixir..
