The DOUBLE shift

I was just curious today while searching the forum and wanted to learn more about plane shifts and I came across Brians 1988 double shift masterpiece.

How do you accomplish that awesome shift Brian?

Now I know you’re probably wondering why I want to do that and it’s not really that I want to, I'm just curious in the steps that it took to get that cool look.
