In golf.....or in the golf swing....

Make contact with the sweetspot consistently whilst swinging out and down prior to coming up and in.

This requires a flat left wrist and bent right wrist whilst generating angular momentum on an inclined plane with necessary, and appropriate, hinge action.

With ALL of the above in mind, making an on plane, rhythmical, balanced swing is the ONLY requirement to good golf.

I've thought about this and this is my answer for hardest thing to do:

Having your total number of birdies be higher than your total number of bogies in one round.

hardest thing to learn:

How to shut off your brain at the course and just "play target golf."

VERY, VERY, easy to do.

I agree with shootin4par. The hardest thing to do is to get ready and be ready for the shot at hand.

However, before that, the hardest thing to do is to switch from being a patient to being a student and take responsibility for the learning process.

NOBODY CAN TEACH ANYBODY ANYTHING!!!

But you can most certainly learn just about anything.

Don,t get up set....get set up!
