the ole #4

Maintaining #4 requires creating it in the first place. I am starting to think that I have not been finishing my backswing thus never really creating this power accumulator.

Today at the range, I focused on turning my shoulder such that my left bicep squeezes against my left chest. I used the pressure between the two as a cue that I had finished my backswing. then I tried to maintain that pressure as I float loaded into the slot.- then blast off at impact

Good or bad idea?

I'm working a little on this feel as well..I like maintaining the pressure on the BS, as I believe it helps me not pop it out. In the transition I feel it increase very, very slightly, but it feels more like a stretch in my left Lat. If I stretch this too much, for my pattern at least, my sequence gets screwy and I hit blocks...maybe I need more "carry", I'll figure this out soon enough. Anyhoo, I say if the ball is a goin' where you're lookin it's all good.
