This just aired last night...

If you didn't see it, check it out right when you can...

Fascinating.

Introductory Article: Tiger Woods: Rise and Fall - The Passionate Eye Sunday Showcase | CBC News Network

Documentary Link: CBC.ca Video

...

I hope the CBC doesn't "lock out" out of country visitors...if it happens to you, try one of these links...

Watch Tiger Woods: The Rise and Fall Movie Online (2010) - Watch Movies and TV Shows

Unfortunately the CBC site will also make you watch a handful of commercials.....lol...

Oh lordy here it comes...lol. Really though it does seem much deeper than that. Will be interesting to see what happens going forward.

It's an interesting documentary, though pretty much complete speculation. The film makes some huge leaps when connecting the dots the way it does.

For sure.

Who knows if all these people are telling the truth.

For sure there is some truth IN it though...

And...well...the pieces do seem to fit. (but maybe one could come up with various explainations)

Some of it is unfortunately true... but really does it matter? He was raised to be a great golfer and sold to the world as a golfer. Not the perfect family man or even a man of great qualities. Who cares what he does when he steps off the 18th green at the end of the day. He's famous because he's the worlds best golfer and that's the only part of his life that should matter to anyone.

And a lot of it I guess maybe turned out to be "branding"?...yes?

I never have been real into Nike anyway. They sell like to sell "tough." Don't like it.

Becauseeeee...everyone needs some way to operate, I think. ("how") Our intentions must be steered in one way or another. When people start overdoing "tough", problems happen...especially if everything around you is suggesting that you SHOULD be this way.

Some people know it is just advertising. But then again, maybe they are in a position where they are not looking around for "solutions." (to whatever) Those who are...can be suggestible.

Even if you do know it is advertising...prepare to continually be bombarded by people and advertising...(pressure)...directly or indirectly.

It is all fake. It is for gaining profit, and they do it well. I just feel a little funny about it all.

BTW I'm not saying Tiger has a heart of stone or he is 100% phony or doesn't desire to help people or blah blah...

I guess it is just interesting.

I would never say anyone must judge one way or another, or at all.

Nike..."Don't do it!" Bwa ha ha!
