Need stuff from Kite, Jen. Thanks for pointing these out. He didn't get into detail about hands going up, nor about flicking...but...he did refer to "uncocking" and then showed a released right wrist after impact. Wants hand action. (!)

And video 3 at 6:45 has an overhead shot of DLIII, and yup hands at start of BS go away from target (and other good stuff too, like across the line action).

Around the time this thing was made, Kite had an instructional article in golf digest where he advocated releasing the hands from the top of the swing. I think this video is a by product. In 1989, he was leading the US Open at Oak Hill when he blocked a drive into the water on the last day and lost to Strange. He then went the route of a big muscle swing that got his path less in to out, which has been the fault he wrestled with most. He swings better now than he did in the 1980's, mostly because he improved his path from too in to out. I wonder if he changed his release theories as he improved his path. What comes first, change the path or change the release, or does it depend?
