This is still the one area where the fog has not completely listed. I have a problem with the "timing" of this component. Any idea's?and how do you know if you are doing it right?

Ray: As you know already the first movement in the downswing is a hip slide for a swinger motivated from the ground up. The longer and more upright the swing the bigger the bump . I still find this my major wobble. Vickie Lake pointed out that my left leg was shorter than my right and this means until I fix it hip motion is still a bit tricky. I integrated the hip move by first working on pivot only. Get to the top and bump giving that move total attention. Then put a ball in your right hand get to the top bump and make an underhand throw like in Hogan's book. Work at it and make it natural then introduce the same feel in the real swing. Keep on going over it incubating it until you own it. If you lose the feel start again.
