I heard he put the Hammer driver in his bag. He saw it on the tube last night and couldn't believe how far it went. Not only is the head aerodynamicly shaped, but it comes with a uniflex one-flex-fits-all shaft. They express overnighted it to him with the complimentary fairway wood and instructional tape. I haven't seen him use the new 3 wood yet today, but I'm pretty sure I can see a bit of Jack Hamm's teaching method in his swing today.
I watched all of Tiger's round that the Golf Channel would show me. He was definitely less laid off with the Driver and 3 Wood and clearly wasn't working as hard to square the clubface. He also looked a bit more upright at address and taller through the ball - much smoother.
It shows how hard the game of golf is that he keeps making bogey on the last hole.

With driver, at the top of his swing he does a super-arch of his left wrist. He's done that in months before and gotten in trouble at the bottom. Not sure now what's different..
I was watching it last night - agree that he definitely looked taller & less laid off. A couple of "misses" he was actually steep I think. My wife, who doesn't play much and watches sometimes even noticed that his swing was different. The right change I think - think Haney may lose his meal ticket...
After struggling at the British in 2007, Tiger got more upright and then went and dominated the PGA in Tulsa that year. He has done this before. It will be interesting to see if he sticks with it. I am sure Hank is safe.
