That would cause a single digit handicapper to hit the ball too high, and top 3 that would cause him to hit it too low?

Too High -
1. Flipper (though a well timed one)
2. Too Much Axis Tilt for Ball position
3. Wrong Shaft

Too Low -
1. Not enough Axis Tilt for Ball Position (includes getting ahead of it)
2. Wrong Shaft
3 Overly strong grip for release pattern
