Posted on Facebook from an outing:

J. Byrd's numbers - 169 BS, 0.2 AA, 3.9 CP, 3.0 FA, 11.0 LA, 2999 SR, 291 Carry, 40.6 LA

T. Lehman's numbers - 159 BS, -0.5 AA, 5.9 CP, 2.6 FA, 8.0 LA, 2620 SR, 255 Carry, 32.7 LA (it said he was just warming up. BS is usually 162)

Maybe I am confused at what it is. AoA in my mind is how much down. Not sure how that can be neg

Lehman's -.5 AoA means that Lehman was hitting DOWN half a degree. J. Byrd's .2 means that he was hitting UP .2 degrees. AoA as measured by trackman can be either positive or negative, and reflects the clubhead's ascent or descent into the ball. It is not just a measurement of how much down the clubhead is going, but whether it is going up or down, and to what degree in either direction. If there is no "-" before an AoA number on Trackman, it is a positive AoA. If the AoA is 0, then the person is swinging dead level at impact.
