I am new to this forum and I have purchased a few videos from Brian but I seem to be missing an important piece of knowledge.
I can hit solid ball first pitch shots if I just hold the grip over my low point (around left thigh) cock my left wrist and rotate my forearm clockwise, then just uncock my left wrist and rotate my forearm counter clockwise. this results in a very solid, ball first pitch.
Where I go mental is that when I extend the back swing to say the 9:00 position I struggle to get the grip to my low point before uncocking my left wrist. sometimes I get it just right, but I also hit behind the ball or pull the ball.
any help to make this a consistant success would be greatly appreciated.
