Lately, I have been working on my game a lot and through multiple differnt tips on different videos and articles, have greatly improved my swing. The one thing that helped me was the idea of Twistaway as I did get to the top of my swing with the toe of the club hanging straight down. I worked on this for a while and the previous game I played shot a 86, with some good ball striking. This last week, I have been battling at the range and I played today with not very good results (my mind wasn't really focused either). But a lot of my old issues came back in to my swing (big pulls, weak fades, fat shots, OTT).
After a while I finally figured out that I had stopped the twistaway and once I focused on this, my OTT move disappeared and my ball striking and distance came back.
Are there any other drills or tips that you guys can give me to help with this to help educate my hands so as this becomes more automatic rather than forced. I have club champs next weekend and would like to get my game back on track for then.
