Video Computer Problem

At this range I go to they have two camera's going into a black box. Then the output og this box feeding the computer. Its all part of this golfing sofware to take a look at people swings. Well, for some reason none of the camera's show up on the computer???
Anyone have suggestions.....thanks rich

Thanks You..............But me and my buddy fixed it. It was the camera cables that were bad. They fed power to the camera's, but the video portion of the cable went bad...........rich
