And I posted over there, too, but under Bobby's username..doh!
He was using my V1 system today at the club.
I've seen Bobby hit many 330 yard drives, shoot 64 about 25 times, win
20 mini tour events, and his girlfriend is a 6 foot blonde bombshell.
Chicks dig the long ball!

In the OC Bill(as you know with all of your 'Spendy Wendy' girlfriends) chicks only dig the long bank statement followed by the credit card tab and the long sessions with the cosmetic surgeon, do you really think G.O.L.F. is that cool to women?

Okla chicks dig the long gun - Winchester 12 ga pump. When supper time comes Bubba steps out of their double-wide trailer and shoots a rabbit, which Ruby Sue guts and skillet fries. They know all about golf, known as "pasture pool", cause the clubs and balls are right next to the shotgun shells at WalMart.

I've got Bobby's Ultimate Power Golf Swing, so I've been able to watch his motion many times. Would you consider his swing to be one of the best examples of the "from a quick Start Down to Release" phrase/concept in 10-19-C?

I was always a little confused on what the "quick start down" was, but I think you really get a sense of it watching Bobby's swing and how that "quick start down" is a function of his pivot.

On Lynn's site, I just watched his video, "hitting and swinging". Regarding Lynn's "flywheel" illustration, is this the same move as Bobby's? Lynn refers to this move as the only time to have "quick motion". Otherwise, it's 3-F-6.

Quick Start Down, as opposed to a slow one used by the Hitter. This sets up the Centrifugal Rhythm for the rest of the Stroke. And as you've correctly stated, this movement is initiated by the Hips.

So where's yours David Alford? You've been procrastinating for years! Still wondering which pattern to demonstrate, and whether or not the members will appreciate it, etc, etc...? LOL

Yours truly

Hi, Leo. I haven't been procrastinating for years. I only agreed a few weeks ago that I would submit a swing clip to this forum. What my critics don't realize is I'm not a person who goes out of his way to prove I can do something.

To answer your question, there has been a technical glitch aka "computer crash". (I am in fact, using a friend's computer to repy here). But things should be worked out in another week or two.

Keep in mind, I only said I was gonna' do a MORAD swing (or more correctly my version of an early set since I'm self taught).

I never said I was going to do Hogan's swing, although I did that years ago for rec.sport.golf. I haven't worked on Hogan's swing in almost a year. Lately, I've been working on Moe Norman's and Lee Trevino's swing models.

I don't know why everyone thinks it's impossible to swing like Ben Hogan. I honestly think the first error is complete intimidation.

Fisrt of all, of course it is possible.....I just think that some people don't believe that YOU can do it David....

Second, do you know the link to that "Hogan swing" of yours on rec.sport.golf....

We got kinda' side tracked here. I just wanted to compliment Bobby Schaeffer and Bill McKinney. As you remember, I also complimented your swing clip.

I give credit where due.

birdie man, that link went down yrs. ago. It wasn't my web page. I could go out and shoot a Hogan clip tomorrow, although I haven't practiced it in almost a year. I'd rather not, because obviously it wouldn't be what I can do.

My plan is to get back into Hogan's swing when I return from "downunder" this fall.
I haven't really worked very hard on the MORAD swing, for that matter. Someone said I was full of b.s. about that too, but I did work on it a little last month, so OK...I'll do it.

Keep in mind, I have to contend with hundreds of swing models, not just MORAD or Hogan's. And it's not easy when you're approaching 60 (yikes!).

This is not some 'special move' as such.

It's something that describes the Right Shoulder motion for all Swingers.

correct, I understand the concept for the swinger. Is this the same move as Bobby's or is he a hitter?
