can anybody tell me how to upload my swing on the site?

I do not think it is possible. You can host the video on another site and provide a link or you can cut the video into pictures and post the pics.

Rumour has it that if you go to google and type in 'webpost' and sign up to the first site on the list - you will be able to upload up to 1MB free....any type of file...
