I've been reading through the pages of brian's site for some time now. I guess now is as good'a time as any to make a post...(I'm Brian's cousin btw)
I am curious to know what some of yall do before playing a round to get warmed up? I typically do some light stretches, and then chip some balls(then 60% of the time hitting a small bucket on the range afterwards)
Reason I am asking is because lately I have been dealing with a back pain between my shoulder blades, particularly towards the left center of my back. I am wondering if I am not 'warming up' properly or if possibly I am just swinging the club wrong?
Lately, I've been playing 36-54 holes a week and hitting the range in the twice a week(separate from when I go to play).
