Weight going to toes on backswing

I am having some balance issues. On my backswing I seem to be getting my weight onto the toes of both feet and my head moves towards the ball. If I start my swing from with the club parallel to the ground and just turn my shoulders back, I am much more balanced and I hit pretty well. Any advice on how to accomplish this from the normal starting position?
 
My posture was screwed up this one time and Brian had me curl my toes at address and check my comfort and balance. I had to adjust my distance from the ball and my bending at the waist. Perhaps proper posture could aid you in transferring your weight to the inside of your right heel on the backswing.
