What do you call any grip in between 10-2-B and D

It don't matter what you call it . . . you just change your release a little as you move closer to a 10-2-B type grip. But you are right there does in fact live an animal betwixt the B and D . . . I think the MORAD dudes like the wrist set a 45 degrees thus eliminating all the timing of Release Swivel.
