Got one and put it on an inside down the line putting arc. It said it was 5 degrees outside in. Is this possible?

When you say 5 degrees outside in or do you mean .5 degrees outside in? Either way its telling you your path is outside in, what would be better to know in my I pinion is are the balls you are putting rolling straight. For me I make sure my ball is rolling straight 1st. I do this by finding a flat area on the green and I putt with a ball with large blue marking on two sides of the ball, I put one of the markings face up so its pointing up at me and I know the other one is directly opposite of this one and when I putt and the putt is rolling straight the two marking roll end over end once I see that in all the lenght of putts Im working the rest is speed and break. This has made a muh more confident putter if I miss the first putt Im not to concerned about the returnig putt as I used to be.

Is the camera making the clicking sound before you are setup and ready? When the camera makes the clicking sound that is the starting point for everything. I found this out after having some very unusual path numbers and where the putter was aimed at address. I called Tomi and they told me you have to block the camera with your leg or a piece of paper until the student is completely setup and ready to putt and then move away from the camera and when you hear the clicking sound then the student can hit the putt.
